Before you build.
Do I need tools?
No. Manofold is designed so normal assembly, adjustment andreconfiguration can be done by hand.
What equipment can I mount?
Manofold uses common 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16 and 5/8"-27 mountingstandards used across camera, audio and studio equipment.Adapters can extend compatibility further.
Can I use stands I already own?
Yes. Manofold can be used as a freestanding structure orintegrated with compatible stands, tripods and supports youalready have.
Can I add to the system later?
Yes. The system is modular, so you can add rails, hinges,cubes, arms and other components as your setup develops.
Does a build have to be dismantled for transport?
Not necessarily. The locking hinges allow many structures tofold down while remaining assembled, so they can be openedagain when you reach your destination.
