Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy As an Irish-based business, we operate under the standard European Union withdrawal rights (the "Cooling-Off Period"). You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are defective.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note on Original Shipping: In compliance with EU law, if you return your entire order, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery method. We will not refund any extra cost paid for express or non-standard delivery.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
