Order Processing Time We are a small, independent team. To ensure every order is handled with care, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

• Note: We do not ship on weekends or Irish bank holidays.

Shipping Estimates Once your order is dispatched, the following estimated delivery times apply. These are guidelines only and are not guaranteed deadlines.

• Ireland: Please allow up to 5 business days.

• United Kingdom: Please allow 5–10 business days (due to customs processing).

• Europe & International: Please allow 10–20 business days.

Important: Customs & Delays As we ship from Ireland, international orders (including to the UK) may be subject to customs inspections which can cause delays beyond our control. Nordhaus Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs hold-ups.

Wrong Address Please check your address carefully. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Where is my order? You will receive a tracking number via email when we ship your order.

• For Ireland: If you have not received your item within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

• For UK/International: Please allow 15 business days of transit time before contacting us regarding a lost parcel, as carriers often experience local delays.
